In June 2009, the Arkansas Foundation for Medical Care contacted the Arkansas Head Start State Collaboration Office to discuss a fact sheet for physicians that would highlight the important health services timeframes and screening information.  Ann Patterson, Collaboration Director, met with Jan Cox, Content Specialist, TEAM Arkansas, to discuss the project.  Jan volunteered to take the lead in developing the fact sheet.  The following document is the final fact sheet.
