Community Development Institute Serving Northeast Arkansas (formerly Crowley's Ridge Development Council, Inc.) provides services to 1,275 Head Start children and families in Craighead, Crittenden, Cross, Greene, Jackson, Lee, Poinsett, St. Francis, and Woodruff Counties.
