MISSION STATEMENT:

The mission of Southwest Arkansas Development Council Head Start Program is to achieve the highest level of quality and productivity while delivering comprehensive human services that are responsive to the needs and values of three and four year old children and their families. It is also the intent to provide the same services for staff and community in the seven counties.
